Payment
All website prices and order totals are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD). Before you place an order, checkout will show the items, quantities, discounts, delivery charge and final payable total.
Accepted Payment Methods
The methods currently available to you will appear at checkout and may include KNET, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and supported payment services. Availability may depend on device, bank, order value or payment-provider rules.
Authorisation and order acceptance
Submitting payment does not by itself mean that we have accepted the order. We may perform availability, address and fraud-prevention checks. A binding sale is formed when we send an order-acceptance or dispatch confirmation, subject to applicable law. If we cannot accept the order, we will notify you and reverse or refund any captured amount.
Payment security and privacy
Payments are processed through contracted payment providers. Where checkout is hosted or tokenised by the provider, Wellness World does not receive or store your complete card number. Do not send card details by email, chat or social media. Payment data is handled according to the provider’s terms and our Privacy Policy.
Failed or duplicated payments
If payment appears unsuccessful, check your bank account before trying again. A temporary bank authorisation may be released automatically. For a suspected duplicate charge, contact us with the order number, date, amount and last four digits only—never send a full card number or PIN.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method unless the law requires or the parties agree otherwise. Bank or provider processing times are outside our control. We will provide confirmation when the refund is initiated.
